High School Sweethearts Engagement Shoot

I loved taking Sarah and Brandon’s engagement pictures!  We met up at the Gilbert Riparian Preserve and as we walked along the trails to different locations for pictures, I asked Brandon and Sarah about their love story.  I really enjoyed getting to know them better!  They are such a sweet young couple with lots of hopes and dreams and goals that they’re going to accomplish together.

Sarah and Brandon are high school sweethearts and will be tying the knot in early 2020.  They have been together for 7 years and it’s clear they love being with each other and make each other so happy.  Both Brandon and Sarah have some college schooling under their belts and plans for more ahead.  Medical school is in Brandon’s future, while Sarah plans to study interior design.  Brandon proposed to Sarah during a trip to Hawaii.  He’s an x-ray technician, so he told her he had some x-rays he wanted to show her, and one was of a hand with a ring on the finger!  They both laughed telling me that story because it took Sarah a little while to figure out what she was looking at in the x-ray and realize what was happening!  Haha.  These two are such a cute, fun-loving couple and I’m so glad I got to capture their love in this engagement session.

PS–At the beginning of our shoot these guys told me they were really awkward in pictures but obviously that was a lie!!  They were naturals.
