I wrapped up my last family photo session of 2018 with the incredible Codling family! When I first moved to Arizona from Utah, Deanna (mom of this awesome crew) was one of the first people I met. She instantly made me feel at home in a new place and was so so kind and welcoming. She is the kind of person that is always inviting people into her circle and making them feel loved. Deanna was a big supporter and encourager through our IVF journey, checking up on me and bringing me dinner after I had surgical procedures. I’ve been lucky enough to get to know her really well as we serve together with the young women in our ward. She is such an amazing, caring youth leader and the best mom to her five awesome kids. The two oldest girls are all grown up and living exciting college and adult job lives, so it’s not often that the whole family gets to be together, so Deanna told me she wanted to make sure and take family pictures when all the kids were home during the Christmas holidays.
Anyone who knows the Codling family knows that there were plenty of laughs and fun to be had during their family pictures! Watching these five siblings joke and tease with each other reminded me of the bond I have with my siblings. I love this family and had such a wonderful time hanging out with them and capturing these memories for them!
