You’ve heard of a cookie delivery service, but have you ever heard of a popsicle delivery service? If not, you are missing out because Local Pop Co home delivers the most delicious popsicles I have ever tasted! I think I’ve probably mentioned before that one of the best parts of being an Arizona food photographer is getting to eat said food, and I am not exaggerating when I say these pops are seriously life changing and my mouth waters just thinking about them!
Local Pop Co was started by Blake and Angela, a very creative and multi-talented power couple who we became friends with when we first moved to Gilbert and attended the same church congregation. During a trip to Texas where they discovered a cute & yummy popsicle shop, they wondered, “Why is there nothing like this in Arizona?”–after all, we certainly have the climate for popsicles to be enjoyed year round! The idea for Local Pop Co was born, and after experimenting with lots of recipes and melting a whole lot of popsicles, they landed on some out-of-this-world signature flavors and began selling them in a food truck at farmer’s markets.
Just recently, Local Pop Co has expanded their business to include home delivery of their incredibly delicious, all-natural popsicles. Here in Arizona where it gets hotter than heck in the summer, these popsicles are a must-have for surviving the triple digit temperatures. Amid the current Coronavirus situation, Local Pop Co is taking extra steps to make sure their pops are prepared in a way that follows all food safety precautions, along with offering contactless delivery.
